The app provides a facility to the constituents to submit their problems or complaints directly to the respective MLA. The Department will investigate the case and update the complainant/constituents with the necessary action taken.

2. Appointment
The app provides a facility to the citizen to send the appointment request directly to the respective MLA if he needs any help from the MLA. The person will be notified if the Minister is available.

3. News
Keep yourself updated with the latest news. The MLA is connected online with all offices of various departments in his/her sub-division and know the current status of all types of works and other activities in the constituency.
